Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Prosecco Reduction Syrup
  • 15ml Raspberry Puree
  • 10g Mint leaves
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 22.5ml Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Build all the ingredients in the shaking tin
  2. Muddle some mint leaves
  3. Shake
  4. Strain into a glass
