Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Ginger Liquor
  • 20ml Dragon Fruit Shrub
  • 10ml lime juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker
  2. shake vigorously
  3. double strain in a coupette
  4. add a chamomile ice cube
