Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 10ml Taffel Akvavit
  • 10ml Lime Flower Shrub
  • 15g Blueberry
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 20ml Egg Whites

Method

  1. Muddle 6/7 fresh blueberries
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients including egg whites
  3. Shake without ice (dry shake)
  4. Shake with ice for around 8 seconds
  5. Double strain into vintage coupe
