Ingredients
- 59ml Brockmans Gin
- 60g Tommy Atkins Mango
- 2 dash Sugar Syrup
- 1 units Cardamom
- 1 dash Tonic Water
- 1 bar spoon Sweet Baby Bell Pepper
Method
- Macerate the gin with ripe mangos and cardamom for 3-5 minutes
- Mix everything together with ice cubes in the shaker and shake
- Pour into a Brandy glass with 2 ice cubes
- Add a bar spoon of diced sweet baby bell pepper and 30gr of diced Tommy Atkins Mango
- Add the sugar syrup and the tonic water
- Mix with spoon and serve
