Ingredients

  • 59ml Brockmans Gin
  • 60g Tommy Atkins Mango
  • 2 dash Sugar Syrup
  • 1 units Cardamom
  • 1 dash Tonic Water
  • 1 bar spoon Sweet Baby Bell Pepper

Method

  1. Macerate the gin with ripe mangos and cardamom for 3-5 minutes
  2. Mix everything together with ice cubes in the shaker and shake
  3. Pour into a Brandy glass with 2 ice cubes
  4. Add a bar spoon of diced sweet baby bell pepper and 30gr of diced Tommy Atkins Mango
  5. Add the sugar syrup and the tonic water
  6. Mix with spoon and serve
