Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans gin
- 20ml blueberry and raspberry purée
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- 40ml raspberry kombucha
Method
- Put all the ingredients except the kombucha in the shaker and shake
- Pour into a chilled glass and add the kombucha
- Garnish with half a blueberry and a dash of angostura
