Ingredients

  • 30ml Brockmans Gin
  • 90ml Cava
  • 5 drops Peach Bitters
  • 5 drops Orange Bitter
  • 1 unit Rosemary Sprig
  • 1 unit Fox Fruit Candy

Method

  1. In a chilled champagne flute glass, build the drink
  2. First add the Brockmans Gin
  3. Then add the Cava (Spanish Sparkling Wine)
  4. Add 5 drops each of Peach and Orange Bitters
  5. Add 1 long piece of ice to the glass
  6. Garnish with rosemary and Fox Fruit candy
