Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 22ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 22ml 1:1 Honey Syrup
- 5 units Creme de Violette Pearls (home made)
Method
- Shake 1st three ingredients vigorously
- Rim a coupe glass with a lemon
- Dip glass in candied lemon peel powder to rim
- Double strain into rimmed coupe
- Garnish with 5 violet beads
