Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Kamm & Sons
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud bitters
- 20ml Grapefruit Juice
- 25ml Apple Juice
- 20ml Pink Champagne Syrup
Method
- Chill a small wine glass with crushed ice
- In a Boston shaker add all ingredients
- Shake with large cubed ice
- Discard crushed ice from the glassware
- Fine strain into the small wine glass
- Place a large block of clear ice in the glass
- Garnish with a rose petal on top of the ice
