Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Creme de Myrtille
- 20ml Blackberry Syrup (Monin)
- 30ml Egg White
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 1 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Measure and pour ingredients into a shaker (Seperate Egg white from Yolk if using fresh eggs)
- Dry shake all ingredients
- Add cubed ice to shaker
- Shake for 5-10 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Serve
