Ingredients

  • 30ml Brockmans gin
  • 20ml Triple Sec
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Home made raspberry pulp
  • 1 unit Egg White

Method

  1. Grab a chilled martini glass
  2. Place the raspberry pulp at the bottom of the martini glass
  3. Shake all of the remaining ingredients with ice
  4. Fine strain into the chilled martini glass
