Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 22.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 15ml Averell Damson Gin Liqueur
  • 1 dash Luster Dust

Method

  1. In a shaker- Add 45ml of Brockmans Gin
  2. Add 15ml Lemon Juice
  3. Add 22.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
  4. Add 15ml Averell Damson Gin Liqueur
  5. Add a dash of luster dust to make it shimmer
  6. Add ice, shake, double strain into chilled coupe glass
  7. Lemon expression and skewer lemon swath into a folded garnish for the cocktail
