Ingredients
- 48ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Italicus
- 5ml Chambord
- 5ml Maraschino (Luxardo)
- 7.5ml Balsamic Vinegar
Method
- Chill a coupette glass with the balsamic vinegar, ice and water
- Mix gin, Italicus, Chambord and Maraschino in the glass tall jug with ice. Don't overmix
- Clear coupette out
- pour in drink
- garnish with an olive and balsmic dipped maraschino cherry
