Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 50ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Homemade Blueberry Jam
Method
- Muddle a handful of blueberries with 25ml sugar syrup and strain through to remove the excess
- Add 50ml Brockmans Gin, 50ml lemon juice and 50ml sugar syrup into a shaker and shake your heart out
- Strain over crushed ice
- Layer the blueberry jam
- Garnish with blueberries and grapefruit. Blow torch the grapefruit to add a smoky aroma
