Method
- My brocktail is a DIY! We let the guests chose how sweet, sour and balanced the drink is. We provide them with all the tools necessary
- It is in their power to make it to their liking. So, at the table, they get a small set of tubes where they can find Brockmans Gin, and a mix of strawberry, rhubarb and pomegranate in the second tube
- The third tube contains a sour mix so that the guest can balance everything to their liking
- For glassware, they will have a highball filled with 3 clear small ice balls which will help them with the dilution and keep the drink colder for a longer period of time
- It is a good ice breaker, it increases the interaction between staff and the guests which makes for a better experience
- The name "The Brocabulary" comes from the fact that words can help you get by so in this drink you will have lots of flavours that compliment Brockmans gin
- Enjoy and always serve it with a smile!
