Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 150ml Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit and Bergamot Tonic Water

Method

  1. Add Brockmans Gin, Aperol, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a Boston shaker
  2. Wet shake and single strain into a chilled highball
  3. Fill with cubed ice
  4. Top with the Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit and Bergamot Tonic Water
  5. Add garnishes
