Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Aperol
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 150ml Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit and Bergamot Tonic Water
Method
- Add Brockmans Gin, Aperol, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a Boston shaker
- Wet shake and single strain into a chilled highball
- Fill with cubed ice
- Top with the Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit and Bergamot Tonic Water
- Add garnishes
