Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans gin infused with fresh turmeric
  • 15ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco infused with raspberries
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Fair Kumquat liquor
  • 15ml ginger syrup
  • 3 units raspberries
  • 1 drops La Fee absitnthe

Method

  1. Peel and slice 5 gr. of turmeric and add in to a cream charger with 250ml of Brockmans Gin. Charge 2 times with NO2 cream chargers. After, let it sit for 5 minutes
  2. Add 125 gr. of fresh raspberries to 250 ml of Luxardo Bitter Bianco. Put into a sous vide bag and cook in a water bath for 1.5 hours at 50 degrees. After cooking strain through a j cloth until you have only liquid with no bits
  3. Peel and juice fresh ginger roots. Make the ginger juice 3/1 ratio ginger/water after make syrup 2/1 ratio caster sugar/ginger juice.
  4. Cut and slice limes, make fresh lime juice with a mexican elbow.
  5. Add all the ingredients with the mesurments from the receipe and shake with 3 raspberries.
  6. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass. Add ice and garnish
  7. Add La Fee absinthe into a small bottle with spray. Spray on top once with absinthe
