Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Pineapple Puree
- 25ml Blackberry Ginger Marmalade
- 15ml Benedictine D.O.M Liqueur
- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Lillet Rose
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method
- Combine all ingredients with one cup of ice into a high-powered blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into large Copa glass
