Springing Into Spring

Ingredients

  • 44ml Brockmans gin
  • 22ml Homemade blueberry cordial
  • 14ml Liquor 43
  • 14ml Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Simple Syrup

Method

  1. Place crushed ice in the Collins glass, half filled
  2. Drop a few blueberries in and continue to fill glass with crushed ice
  3. Add 3/4oz blueberry cordial, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz liquor 43, a splash of simple syrup, 1.5oz Brockmans Gin into a shaker
  4. Shake!
  5. Double strain
  6. Add blueberries on top of the crushed ice
  7. And garnish with edible micro flowers, blueberries and blackberries on a metal stick
