Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmans gin
  • 25ml Lillet blanc
  • 2 dashes Cherry bitter
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit bitter

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into the shaker
  2. Add ice and shake. Strain
  3. Serve it in a chilled vintage coupette
  4. Decorate with a grapefruit peel
