Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Aperol
- 20ml Bokbunjajoo (Korean Black Raspberry Wine)
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 dash Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill up with ice
- Shake well and strain into a rocks glass
- Then fill up with ice and grated nutmeg on top
- Garnish with sprig of mint and lemon wheel
