Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 20ml Bokbunjajoo (Korean Black Raspberry Wine)
  • 20ml Pineapple juice
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 dash Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and fill up with ice
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass
  3. Then fill up with ice and grated nutmeg on top
  4. Garnish with sprig of mint and lemon wheel
