Ingredients
- 25g Mango
- 5g Cherry Tomato
- 1 drop Pepper and Salt
- 10ml Lemon
- 15ml Elderflower Syrup
- 30ml Brockmans Gin
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino Liquor
- 1ml Maraschino Cherry (garnish)
Method
- Muddle mango and cherry tomato with salt and pepper
- Put lemon juice, elderflower syrup and Brockmans Gin into shaker with the muddled mango
- Shake
- Double strain into glass
- Add a bar spoon of Maraschino liquor and 1 Maraschino cherry
