Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Calamansi citrus
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 22ml Simple Syrup
- 5g Kaffir lime leaves muddled
- End cut red chilli lightly muddled
- 1 dash Powdered kaffir lime top
Method
- Muddle 4-5 kaffir lime leaves
- Add ingredients into a shaking tin and dry shake
- Shake and strain, coupe glass
- Garnish with 2 kaffir lime leaves within cocktail cliff
- On top, garnish with powdered kaffir lime
