Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Bols Cherry Brandy Liqueur
- 1 dash Taylor's Port Tawny 20 Years Old
- 15ml Fresh Lemon juice
- 60ml Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker except the champagne
- Add some ice cubes in the shaker and shake well
- Strain into the Coupette/Opera Italia glass (without ice)
- Slowly and carefully, fill with ice-cold champagne
- Perfume with lemon zest
- Garnish with the lemon zest
