Ingredients
- 75ml Brockmans Gin
- 12.5ml Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin
- 12.5ml Lejay Liqueur de Pamplemousse Rose
- 50ml Prosecco Rosé
- 1 dash Soda Water
- 25ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 12.5ml Home-made Raspberry Gomme
- 12 units Mixed Berries
Method
- Chill Brockmans Gin copa glass
- Muddle mixed berries in a Boston shaker.
- Pour fresh grapefruit juice, gomme, Brockmans Gin, Puerto de Indias and Lejay Liqueur into the shaker
- Shake thoroughly with cubed ice
- Double strain into a chilled Brockmans Gin copa glass
- Fill the glass with cubed ice and mixed berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry).
- Layer Prosecco Rosé over ice
- Top with a dash of soda water
