Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Pamplemousse
- 50ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml Homemade root ginger syrup
- 10ml Elderflower extract
- 25ml Aquafaba
- 5ml Butterfly pea tea
- 25ml Lemon juice
Method
- Squeeze one full pink grapefruit into shaker
- Add all other ingredients into shaker excluding butterfly pea tea
- Dry shake
- Wet shake
- Double strain into chilled coupe
- Layer butterfly pea tea with bar spoon
