Ingredients
- 40ml Brockmans gin
- 20ml Italicus
- 15ml Lime
- 10ml Raspberry syrup
- 2 units Anise star
- 2 units Cloves
- 3 units Bay leaves
- 1 unit White egg
Method
- Chill coupe glass with ice cubes
- Add raspberry syrup to mixing tin and then add cloves, bay leaves and stars of anise. Crush, chill and filter
- Add to a mixing tin with Brockmans Gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, egg white and lime juice
- Fill the rest of the tin with crushed ice
- Shake vigorously for 10 – 15 seconds, and then fine strain into coupe glass
