Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans gin
  • 20ml Italicus
  • 15ml Lime
  • 10ml Raspberry syrup
  • 2 units Anise star
  • 2 units Cloves
  • 3 units Bay leaves
  • 1 unit White egg

Method

  1. Chill coupe glass with ice cubes
  2. Add raspberry syrup to mixing tin and then add cloves, bay leaves and stars of anise. Crush, chill and filter
  3. Add to a mixing tin with Brockmans Gin, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, egg white and lime juice
  4. Fill the rest of the tin with crushed ice
  5. Shake vigorously for 10 – 15 seconds, and then fine strain into coupe glass
