Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Benedictine D.O.M
  • 15ml Fabbri Peach puree
  • 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 30ml Aquafaba
  • 0.5ml Aztec Chocolate bitter
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon juice

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a stirring tin with ice
  2. Stir until well mixed and chilled
  3. Strain into a glass and garnish
