Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Benedictine D.O.M
- 15ml Fabbri Peach puree
- 30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 30ml Aquafaba
- 0.5ml Aztec Chocolate bitter
- 20ml Fresh Lemon juice
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a stirring tin with ice
- Stir until well mixed and chilled
- Strain into a glass and garnish
