Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 30ml Plum-infused Amontillado Sherry
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Cava

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except cava into a shaker
  2. Shake vigorously until cold
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe
  4. Top with cava
