Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Ramazzotri Apertivo Rosato
- 15ml Honey Simple Syrup 1:1
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 dash Cranberry Bitters
- 15ml Aquafaba
Method
- Chill coupe glass
- Add all ingredients except aquafaba to shaker tin with ice
- Shake until cold
- Strain out old liquid into shaker, again
- Add aquafaba
- Shake vigorously
- Double strain into chilled cocktail coupe
