Ingredients

  • 59.15ml Brockmans Gin
  • 22.18ml Lime juice
  • 29.57ml Aquafaba
  • 29.57ml BlackBerry Root Syrup
  • 3 dashes Trinity bitters
  • 3 drops Saline water

Method

  1. First put into a shaker the lime juice, aquafaba and syrup
  2. Dry shake for 5 seconds
  3. Pour in Brockmans Gin, bitters and saline water
  4. Wet shake for 5 seconds and remove the ice
  5. Dry shake for 5 seconds and double strain into a coupe glass
