Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Liqueur Parfait Amour
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 units Strawberry
  • 2 units Raspberry
  • 9 units Blueberry

Method

  1. Cut tops from strawberries and muddle with raspberries
  2. Add sugar syrup, 5 blueberries and lightly muddle
  3. Add Brockmans, Parfait Amour, lime juice and shake
  4. Fill a tall slim glass with ice cubes to an inch below rim and drop in 4 blueberries
  5. Double strain into glass over the ice and blueberries
  6. Add a dash of soda then top with crushed ice
  7. Top with soda if required
