Ingredients

  • 45ml Brockmans gin
  • 5ml White cocoa cream
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Home made syrup of grapefruit and cardamom
  • 1 bar spoon Fresh raspberry puree
  • 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
  • 1 unit Milk wash white yogurt

Method

  1. Chill the cocktail glass
  2. In the mixing glass, pour Brockmans Gin, white cocoa cream, lime juice, fresh raspberry puree, grapefruit syrup, and cardamom and chocolate bitters
  3. Add two tablespoons of plain yogurt and mix with a bar spoon
  4. After making the yogurt curdle, filter everything with a coffee filter in a glass
  5. The drink is ready to be cooled and served
  6. The drink is ready to be cooled and drunk.
