Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans gin
- 5ml White cocoa cream
- 25ml Lime juice
- 20ml Home made syrup of grapefruit and cardamom
- 1 bar spoon Fresh raspberry puree
- 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
- 1 unit Milk wash white yogurt
Method
- Chill the cocktail glass
- In the mixing glass, pour Brockmans Gin, white cocoa cream, lime juice, fresh raspberry puree, grapefruit syrup, and cardamom and chocolate bitters
- Add two tablespoons of plain yogurt and mix with a bar spoon
- After making the yogurt curdle, filter everything with a coffee filter in a glass
- The drink is ready to be cooled and served
