Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Balsamic Violet Honey Mix
  • 60ml Chinese Chrysanthème Tee
  • 6 drops Citrus Medica Sea Water

Method

  1. Mix the soda with the Tee and the Violet Honey Mix
  2. In a Chinese tea cup, place an ice cube and pour in Brockmans Gin and drops of Citrus Sea Water
  3. Top with soda
  4. Mix slowly so soda doesn't spill
  5. Garnish with fresh and dried flowers
