Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans Gin
- 100ml Blueberry-Raspberry Kombucha
- 50ml Soda water
- 2 drops Fleur de orange water
- 1 unit Chips from filtered berry mix puree
- 1 unit Hypsophyla flower
Method
- *Blueberry-Raspberry Kombucha: Combine the juice of 1kg blueberries & 1kg strawberries with 1 litre Ivan tea and kombucha mushroom. Let sit for 3 days. Filter and chill. Add 200ml simple syrup, 2:1 sugar/water, and 3gr citric acid
- Combine Brockmans Gin, blueberry-raspberry kombucha, and soda water in cocktail glass
- Add ice and stir
- Spray fleur de orange water on top
- Garnish with chips from berry mix shrub & Hypsophyla flower
