Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 45ml Beetroot Juice
- 20ml Amontillado Sherry
- 20ml Cardamom Vanilla Syrup
- 25ml Cream
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin
- Shake with ice cubes
- Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass
- Garnish with baby breath flower sprig.
