Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 15ml Cherry & Mint Syrup
  • 5 units Mint Leaves
  • 1 unit Cherry

Method

  1. Add 50ml Brockmans Gin & 15ml Cherry & Mint Syrup to a Julep cup
  2. Add 5 mint leaves and muddle gently
  3. Add crushed ice while churning the drink until the cup is full
  4. Garnish with mint leaves & a cherry cut into two halves
  5. Insert a straw amongst the garnish to accentuate aromas
