Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Cherry & Mint Syrup
- 5 units Mint Leaves
- 1 unit Cherry
Method
- Add 50ml Brockmans Gin & 15ml Cherry & Mint Syrup to a Julep cup
- Add 5 mint leaves and muddle gently
- Add crushed ice while churning the drink until the cup is full
- Garnish with mint leaves & a cherry cut into two halves
- Insert a straw amongst the garnish to accentuate aromas
