Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans gin
  • 2 bar spoons Raspberry extra jam
  • 1 dash Soy sauce (1/4 tsp)
  • 2 units Shiso leaves
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 1 unit Shiso leaf for garnish

Method

  1. Chill the glass
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker
  3. Add ice and shake
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass and garnish
