Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans gin
- 2 bar spoons Raspberry extra jam
- 1 dash Soy sauce (1/4 tsp)
- 2 units Shiso leaves
- 15ml Lime juice
- 1 unit Shiso leaf for garnish
Method
- Chill the glass
- Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Double strain into the chilled glass and garnish
