Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 20ml Raspberry & Blueberry Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Yuzu
  • 20ml Egg Whites
  • 1 dashes Sugar Syrup

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake
  3. Double strain into a coupe
