Ingredients
- 35ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Cointreau
- 20ml Raspberry & Blueberry Syrup
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Yuzu
- 20ml Egg Whites
- 1 dashes Sugar Syrup
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake
- Double strain into a coupe
