Ingredients
- 37.5ml Brockmans Gin
- 22.5ml Pink Grapefruit Liqueur
- 15ml Violet Liqueur
- 2 dashes Lavender Bitters
- 30ml Homemade Lemon Rosemary Gomme
- 1 cup Butterfly Pea Blossom Tea
Method
- Brew loose leaves of Butterfly Pea Blossom tea with hot water, then freeze into a spherical ice mould
- Pour measurements of Brockmans Gin, liqueurs, bitters and gomme into a stirring glass and stir over ice for several minutes
- Place ice sphere into an old fashioned glass and strain the drink over the ice
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender and blueberries
- *To make the homemade gomme; add slices of lemon peel, sugar and two sprigs of rosemary to boiling water. Then leave to simmer and infuse*
