Ingredients

  • 35ml Brockmans Gin
  • 35ml Lemon Sherbet
  • 12.5ml Montepulciano
  • 10ml Egg Whites

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Dry shake all ingredients
  3. Shake then with ice
  4. Strain into a sours glass over ice
