Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 3g Cucumber slice
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Orgeat Syrup
- 10ml Raspberry Syrup
- 15ml Sakura Mancino Vermouth
- 4 dashes Shiso Bitters
- 60ml Tonic Water
Method
- Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker
- Then pour in all ingredients except shiso bitters and tonic water
- Shake and strain into a chilled glass
- Add 4 dashes of shiso bitters then 60ml of tonic water
- Stir once then garnish with dehydrated orange slice
- Serve with a smile!
