Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Ginger juiced demerara syrup
  • 15ml Clarified lime
  • 15ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Pamplemousse liqueur
  • 2 dashes Bergamot bitters
  • 5 dashes Soft gold edible sprinkle dust

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Shake until cold
  3. Double strain into a coupe
  4. At 5 different angles, spritz/dash soft gold edible sprinkle dust
  5. Drink and enjoy
