Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Ginger juiced demerara syrup
- 15ml Clarified lime
- 15ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Pamplemousse liqueur
- 2 dashes Bergamot bitters
- 5 dashes Soft gold edible sprinkle dust
Method
- Add all ingredients in a shaker
- Shake until cold
- Double strain into a coupe
- At 5 different angles, spritz/dash soft gold edible sprinkle dust
- Drink and enjoy
