Ingredients

  • 40ml Brockmans Gin
  • 10ml beetroot eau de vie
  • 5ml chocolate mint eau de vie
  • 20ml Supasawa
  • 15ml sugar syrup

Method

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the Gin, beetroot and chocolate mint eau de vie, supasawa and sugar.
  2. stir in the mixing glas
  3. strain into a chilled coupe glas with clear ice
  4. spray hazelnut/mocha Coffee eau de vie over the glass
