Ingredients
- 40ml Brockmans Gin
- 10ml beetroot eau de vie
- 5ml chocolate mint eau de vie
- 20ml Supasawa
- 15ml sugar syrup
Method
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the Gin, beetroot and chocolate mint eau de vie, supasawa and sugar.
- stir in the mixing glas
- strain into a chilled coupe glas with clear ice
- spray hazelnut/mocha Coffee eau de vie over the glass
