Ingredients

  • 30ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Suze
  • 30ml Mancino Bianco Ambrato
  • 1 unit Basil Foam (equal parts of lime juice, sugar syrup (1:1.6), water and 15 fresh basil leaves + 40ml ProEspuma/liter)

Method

  1. Take a big breath and start smiling then chill down properly the coupe glass and the mixing glass as well
  2. Pour the ingredients together to the mixing glass except the basil foam and stir well
  3. Pour the ingredients into the well-chilled coupe glass
  4. Build the foam to the top of the drink from the iSi Gourmet Whip until the rim of the glass looks like a crown
  5. Garnish with blackberry on a stick
  6. Serve carefully, respectfully and with a big smile
