Ingredients
- 30ml Brockmans Gin
- 20ml Suze
- 30ml Mancino Bianco Ambrato
- 1 unit Basil Foam (equal parts of lime juice, sugar syrup (1:1.6), water and 15 fresh basil leaves + 40ml ProEspuma/liter)
Method
- Take a big breath and start smiling then chill down properly the coupe glass and the mixing glass as well
- Pour the ingredients together to the mixing glass except the basil foam and stir well
- Pour the ingredients into the well-chilled coupe glass
- Build the foam to the top of the drink from the iSi Gourmet Whip until the rim of the glass looks like a crown
- Garnish with blackberry on a stick
- Serve carefully, respectfully and with a big smile
