Ingredients

  • 60ml Brockmas gin
  • 90ml Black tea
  • 2 bar spoons Powdered non fat milk
  • 30ml Whipping cream
  • 20ml Muscovado sugar
  • 60g Tapioca
  • 30g Fresh blueberry

Method

  1. Add Brockmans Gin, black tea, 2 bar spoons non fat powdered milk, 20ml Muscovado syrup in a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Garnish in a hurricane glass 60g tapioca and 30g fresh blueberries
