Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 25ml Lime
  • 10ml Sugar
  • 1 dash Orange
  • 4 units Ice
  • 50ml Cava

Method

  1. Add ice to the glass
  2. Add Brockmans Gin and then remove ice
  3. Add Aperol, Cava, and sugar and stir
  4. Decorate with orange peel
