Ingredients
- 45ml Brockmans Gin
- 15ml Elderflower Syrup
- 30ml Cucumber Juice
- 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 5g Basil Leaves
- 45ml Tonic Water
Method
- Put all ingredients in the cocktail shaker except tonic water; together with basil leaves and muddle it
- Shake and double strain into Kosa rock glass with ice
- Top with tonic water
