Ingredients

  • 50ml Brockmans Gin
  • 20ml Rose Syrup
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Egg White

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker without ice
  2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake
  3. Remove ice and dry shake one more
  4. Double strain into a coupette
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon
