Ingredients
- 50ml Brockmans Gin
- 25ml Blackberry & Rosemary Syrup
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 40ml Cherry blossom tonic
- 2 dashes Plum bitters
Method
- Shake all ingredients (except tonic) with ice
- Fine strain over cubed ice into a highball glass
- Top with Cherry Blossom tonic water
