Ingredients
- 60ml Brockmans gin
- 30ml Fiorente elderflower Liqueur
- 3 units Cucumber
- 40ml Tonic water
- 5 bar spoons raspberry granita
Method
- Put 3 slices of cucumber into a glass and muddle
- Add 60ml of Brockmans Gin and Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
- Fill half the glass with ice and stir
- Add 50ml of tonic water
- Top with crushed ice
